lighting, landscaping, etc to produce the final rendered images. 

Exterior and interior renderings of a Technical School renovation project produced for CDA Architects. The Architect supplied the initial Revit model to which we added materials, furniture, lighting, landscaping, etc to produce the final rendered images. 

Exterior and interior rendering project created for a local client.  The Client provided PDF's of construction drawings and material images.  We developed the Revit model which included site work adjacent to the building, and applied materials, lighting, etc to achieve the desired look. 

Projects completed for DWW Architects include an exterior color rendering of a schematic building concept, interior up-fit construction drawings for a nail salon, construction documents for a grocery store as well as assistance  completing

specifications for several different projects.

Exterior renderings of single family home plans for Local Developer. AutoCAD floor plans and elevations of 10 single family homes were provided by the client from which we developed 3D Revit models. Exterior paint colors were matched from standard Sherwin Williams colors. Typical street renderings from the proposed neighborhood were also developed and provided to the client for use in marketing the project.

Projects completed for Tungsten Corporation include construction documents for a Church fellowship hall addition, 

new mini-storage unit facility, and an elevator addition to an existing 2-story residence.
